RECEIVING YOUR PLAQUE:
When registering for the 2024 Top Doctors event on EventBrite, simply select the “Top Doctor with plaque” option if you are a winner. We will have your plaque waiting for you at the event. Your fee will be $35, not including Eventbrite fees, before April 24.
If you choose to purchase a plaque after April 24, you can do so through our preferred vendor, Providence Picture Frame, for a fee of $100. As noted above, we are offering a discount off this price for Top Doctors who are attending, and RSVP as indicated above by APRIL 24.
If you are a Top Doctor who would like to attend, but do not wish to purchase a plaque, please select, “Top Doctor, No Plaque” and there will be no fee to attend the event. Enter NOPLAQUE at checkout for there to be no fee.

Please register yourself by Wednesday, April 24. If you’d like to bring additional guests, limited tickets are available for $75, not including Eventbrite fees, and are on a first come, first served basis. These can also be purchased on the Eventbrite page during registration. Please note: This is a 21+ event.
