Rhode Island General Treasurer James A. Diossa invites bond investors to the Omni Providence Hotel for a one-day conference, to hear directly from state leaders, budget and investment officials, bond issuers, and agency leaders on investing in the Ocean State in advance of the state's June 2025 bond issuance.
Rhode Island Governor Daniel J. McKee and legislative leaders will share their strategies for and commitment to improving education, industry, infrastructure, and quality of life in the state that is celebrated as the birthplace of American industry.
Topics in development for presentation by state agency leaders include the Rhode Island economy, bond rating, and financial outlook; strategies for expanding housing and education; improvements in environmental quality and state infrastructure; and investments in Rhode Island's airports and seaports. The event will run from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM and will include morning coffee service, a luncheon buffet with a panel discussion, and afternoon off-site tours.

The Venue
Connected to the Providence Place Mall and Rhode Island Convention Center, the Omni Providence Hotel is a chic, contemporary landmark offering four-star accommodations, a heated indoor pool, and an excellent fitness center. The hotel is home to Fleming’s Steakhouse, Fleur, offering Parisian and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, and the trendy Marcelino's Boutique Bar.
Valet parking is available at the Omni Providence Hotel. Self-parking is available in the North Garage of the Rhode Island Convention Center, which is connected to the hotel. T.F. Green Airport (PVD) is located 15 minutes from downtown Providence. The Providence Amtrak/MBTA station is a ten-minute walk or a short ride away from the hotel.
