"It All Begins with Attitude"
The RBG workout was created by Bryant Johnson, a licensed personal trainer, who trained former Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg for many years. Their twice-weekly workouts were compiled into a published "RBG Workout", consisting of exercises for both the young and the young at heart to maintain a full life of mobility and strength. The Y6 Sculpt & Flow class format shares many of the same elements, offering variations and various props to achieve success - along with a cool yoga vibe for the warm-up and cool down. This workshop will combine the two together to show students that no matter what your age and abilities are, as long are you do SOMETHING, you will gain mobility and strength to take care of your body.
Signed books will be raffled at the end!
Workshop is 1:45pm and is 90 minutes long.
YogaSix South Alexandria offers a range of warm-hot yoga class formats that are designed with everyone in mind. There is 90 minute validated parking in the Carlyle Parking Garage located on Mill Rd.
