June 17-21: Trashin’ Fashion (Ages 10-12) Turn trash into fashion! Did you know that Americans alone generate 16 million TONS of textile waste a YEAR? Not to worry! This camp will be doing our part to turn what was "fashion weak" into "Fashion CHIC!". Tons of designers repurpose vintage looks and fabrics into new looks that stand the test of time. Your camper will do the same, through the use of fabric dying, hand sewing, embroidered tote bags, and more. Project Runway, eat your heart out!Location: Reconsidered Goods

Dates & Time: Monday, July 22, 2024 - Friday, July 26, 2024; 9 am-4 pm. (There will be no camp on Wednesday, June 19 in observance of Juneteenth)
What to bring: What should my student bring to camp? Here is a short list of what we encourage our campers to bring each day:
Labeled reusable water bottle
Lunch (Campers will have access to a microwave and refrigerator)
Campers will have access to their own locker each day where they may store their personal belongings. A snack will be provided daily.
Drop Off & Pick-Up: Campers can be dropped off as early as 8:55 am and must be picked up promptly at 3:00 pm. Campers must be signed in and out daily. If for any reason you are running late please notify me by calling the store at (336)763-5041.
Sadly, there will not be any transportation offered.
