We invite you to join Steve Reynolds, Winemaker for Reynolds Family Winery & Master Distiller for Penta Tequilas on Thursday, June 17th for a goliath wine and tequila dinner at E3 Chophouse Nashville. The evening features a mingling cocktail reception, followed by a substantial seven courses of chef inspired steakhouse cuisine expertly paired with Reynolds Family Wines and Penta Tequilas.
Reynolds Family Winery was founded by long time Napa vintner Steve Reynolds; Steve has been the winemaker since his inaugural vintage in 1999. He was introduced to wine initially through his father who obsessed about collecting various wines and often took the whole family on trips through Europe. It was here that Reynolds' own passion for wine really began to unfold. That passion grew roots in an old chicken farm in Napa and with his and Suzie’s persistence blossomed into a world-class Tuscan-inspired winery. “There is no right or wrong, no "pure" or “unpure" style, it’s about when one glass invites another” is Steve’s heartfelt wine ethos.
Once upon a time (about 20 years ago) there was a wine maker and some close friends in Napa that dreamt of a tequila that honored the history and tradition of agave-based spirits, while also introducing a refinement typically only seen in the wine world. With the introduction of Penta, that dream came true.
A tequila made by five partners inspired by the five noble grapes using agave sourced from all five Mexican states where agave for tequila is legally grown. Every bottle is the product of painstaking planning
and endless attention to detail. How they grow and source the plants, how those plants are processed, the yeast chosen, the combination of barrels in which the tequila is aged, even the flavor profile — it’s all a labor of love led by a quintet of guys who believe they’ve created something worthy of a place on honor on your shelf.
E3 Chophouse serves Never Ever steak - with no added hormones, no antibiotics, and no steriods – ever! Cooked to perfection by Executive Chef, Moises Salvador, on a bespoke wood-fired grill for an unforgettable dining experience in historic Hillsboro Village.
