Join Dr. Sarah Baquet, licensed mental health counselor, professor, and founder of Candor Counseling, alongside Dr. Ashley Rodriguez, psychologist and founder of Pathbreak Coaching and Consulting, for a transformative women’s circle designed to help you rise with clarity and confidence.
Rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), this immersive workshop blends evidence-based practices with heartfelt connection. Together, we’ll explore your core values, build self-compassion, and strengthen the resilience you need to navigate life with authenticity and courage.
This space is especially for women, many of us women of color, who are showing up as generational cycle breakers, rewriting old narratives, and choosing growth over silence. In community, we honor your strength and create space for healing, reflection, and renewal.
