Join us for this one of a kind workshop to explore how the conscious practice of specific breath techniques can supercharge and upshift your recovery journey.
This workshop is geared toward people who have experienced addiction of any type and who are searching for effective, time tested, somatic techniques to support a holistic process of recovery.

This workshop will be led by Ivy Overby, a person on a path of recovery from alcohol addiction. She is a certified and trauma informed Integrative Breath Breathwork Facilitator and a certified Radiant Body Yoga Teacher. Ivy is also a conscious business owner, is certified in Ancestral Healing from Thomas Hubel, and in Sylvotherapy Forest Therapy and is a Kundalini and Kriya practitioner.
When introduced to Conscious Connected Breathwork over 5 years ago, her personal recovery journey and her life was completely transformed. She has designed these workshops to serve her beloved recovery community by raising effectivness and consciousness of breath for a stronger recovery from the frequency of addiction.
