In this workshop, participants learn how automatic negative thoughts (ANTs) affect brain function and mood, and how to replace them using Amen’s ANT-eater strategies and reframing tools. Through guided reflection and group practice, attendees will identify their top unhelpful thought patterns and build a personalized plan to stay mentally flexible and emotionally balanced through the season.
