Introducing 'REWIRE' breathwork & meditation. This gentle, yet powerful breathwork class will harness the power of neuroscience, breathwork & meditation to raise your vibration and internal frequency. This class will use a variety of breathwork, visualisation & meditation techniques to enhance your mental clarity, connection to self, and promote a deep state of relaxation. Join us in 'REWIRE' to transform your mind, body, and spirit through the power of breath to leave you feeling grounded uplifted, and energised.
*This is a charity event dedicated to my gorgeous godchild. All proceeds will go to 'AS I AM': Ireland's leading charity for people with autism.
