How to Prepare:
Before arriving to each event sit and reflect on your personal intentions in relation to the session topic. Keep these intentions in your heart as you move through the journey. This will optimize your personal healing experience.
What to Bring:
A yoga mat or cushion to lay on, a pillow and/or a blanket for comfort. Hydration is important with this form of therapy. You may want to bring some water to sip on before and after the session. A journal can be helpful to recall any images or messages you receive during the session.
