For therapists, healers, teachers, parents, creators, entrepreneurs—anyone who holds space for others.Your nervous system wasn’t built for this pace. The pressure. The always-on. The performance or being "fine," "polite," "professional."
When people count on you—professionally or personally—it's easy to mistake survival for strength. You keep going. You Show up. But inside, somethings fraying.
This isn't sustainable, and it doesn't have to be the way forward.
This workshop is a gentle, body-based introduction to Rewilding the Nervous System—a way of restoring connection to the parts of you that know how to rest, play, and feel.
Through guided somatic practice, creative reflection, and nervous system education that lands in your body—not just your brain—you’ll learn to:
Recognize your three primary nervous system states—how they blend, and how they shape your life and work.
Understand hidden patterns like functional freeze and fawning.
Feel the difference between managing your nervous system vs. listening to it.
Restore capacity without pushing—no fixing, no bypassing, no performance required.
You'll leave with practices you can use immediately—in your work, your parenting, your relationships, in your real life.
No prior experience needed. Just curiosity, and a body that's ready to remember.
