So what's Rewild? Here's the story:
Rewild is a sense of coming home to oneself. Realigning with our core values & setting our intentions to create a meaningful life. Remembering the magic to life & our passion for living. An invitation to become curious about your own self discovery, a chance to engage in a conversation with all the parts of you underneath all the layers. A process of meeting our challenges & barriers face on and understanding where our patterns, cycles, thoughts & emotions originate. An opportunity to transform our stories & beliefs about ourselves so that we can reignite that fire within.
River Ridge Retreat in the heart of the wild Catlins Rain Forest Park is our home for the weekend as we dive deep into what it is to Rewild, to find what has been lost or never found and begin that journey of transformation and self awareness. Connect with nature, feel the sand between your toes, bathe in the ancient forest and revive your connection to the wild within and around you. Remember & reconnect with who you truly are.
Our team provides an epic 3 days & 2 nights experience that will include:
**Healthy & Nourishing Lunches & Dinners
**Morning Movement & Breath Awareness
**Self Development Workshops
**Understanding Our Current Core Values & Setting Intentions For the Here & Now
**Guided imagery, meditations, & yoga nidra (in nature and indoors at our venue)
**Creative Art Therapy & Creative Expression
**Challenging & Mindful Adventures in Nature (Guided walks/hikes, waterfall hikes, river & ocean cold plunges)
**1:1 embodiment coaching prior to the retreat weekend (1 hour online on Zoom or in person if you are local to Dunedin)
**Beautiful connection with like minded women on a similar journey. Sharing circles & reflection time at introduction, after workshops and at the end of the weekend
**Taste of the Rewild Portrait Experience including 10 beautifully edited images of you as ART
The investment in yourself for this 3 day/ 2 night weekend of transformation is all inclusive. Your food/drink is provided by our in house professional & completely badass chef, accomodation on site, access to all of the above experiences & workshops, and a complimentary 30 min photo session on location including 10 fully edited photos.
Travel/Transport to the Venue can be arranged. Cost varies depending on location traveling from. We can help you with flights, carpool, rental cars, airbnb prior to the retreat weekend and after. We want to help you get there, just let us know what you need.

This is an invitation to reflect on your access to resources and privilege, the value of the work put into these retreats and what you'll get out of it, what you can genuinely afford, and what you might pay for in a comparable retreat experience. By committing to what is truly within your means you make it possible for others to show up within theirs and we are all grateful for this.:
Tier 1 $1050 – For those who are financially well-resourced.
Tier 2: $950 – For those on medium incomes and access to financial resources.
Tier 3: $850 – For those on low incomes, caring responsibilities and from marginalized communities.
Afterpay available for any of the above listed Tier options or just pay for your deposit to reserve your spot. Final balance must be paid by the 15th October.
We will be keeping this event intimate and limiting spaces to only 10 women max.
