🌿Guided nature walk of the temperate rainforest learning some interesting facts about these enchanting, awe inspiring lands.

🌿 A slow, gentle, grounding yoga class for all levels in the rainforest , to the sounds of the birds singing, the leaves rustling, the sparkling river flowing (we have a magical cosy indoor studio with candles & crackling fires if the weather is not great for outdoor yoga)

🌿Wild river bathing in the crystal & mineral Infused Bedalder river. A river so pure we can drink from it. Bedalder means Sweet water in Cornish, the water is so pure it tastes sweet. So refreshing & we can refill our water bottles with this healing water.
🌿 Woodland Sauna in the rainforest next to the river. Warm up and soak up all of the healing benefits.

🌿 Soulful, Mindful, Crafting beautiful flower crowns for our heads, and sage & lavender smudging sticks to take home.
🌿 Hug grandmother Oak, a tree that's 800 years old on the ancient land that's approximately 3,646 years old, the energy of this place will stay with you forever.
🌿 Savour a wholesome & hearty, nutritious hot open- fire cooked dinner
