Join us on the rooftop of the Metropolitan for our weekly MetSweat at 6 PM! You’ll experience Spenga’s signature REVIVE yoga flow with rooftop views and you can expect to slow down, breathe deep, and move slowly with intention as you release the day. An all levels yoga class, we’ll see you on the roof!Grab your mat, bring a friend and we’ll see you there!
Free parking is available in the parking deck of The Metropolitan (Trader Joe’s parking lot). We recommend parking on P5 and taking the elevator or stairs up to P6 for class.
