Your host Jocelyn will be joined on the day by Andrea from Andrea Green Reiki. A reiki master with a gift of love and light. An amazing calming practice is planned as you cruise slowing along the Royal Canal. Experience a winter wellness like no other. Luxury barge, log fire, cacao ceremony, meditation, pure tranquility.
Jocelyn will present you with tips on how to get motivated to switch off. Helping you to put you first so you can press pause at any time of the day. Remember a little goes a long way.
We meet at 11.15am at Castleknock 12th lock, where 9 guests will board the luxury Royal Canal barge, get comfortable beside a log stove, cruise for two hours in the capable hands of our skipper Jenny and enjoy our ultimate wellbeing presentation and healthy lunch with a glass of buck's fizz.
