This vinyasa yoga sequence will help to realign your mind & body. My goal is to plant a seed of ease that blooms where ever you need it in your life.
Expect to move your entire body
This class is great for you if :
You want to try yoga for the first time
You have a yoga practice & want a relieving class
You want to find a safe & approach yoga class
You are interested in releasing tension from the body
From 10:30 - 10:55 AM enjoy community time. We officially drop into class at 10:55 AM
Tools you will need
Yoga mat or comfortable ground
Yoga block (Provided if you need one)
Writing tools (If you would like to self reflect post practice)
