ReviteFitness® - Group Exercise Program - Free Information Session
Come join us for an exclusive ReviteFitness® information session! Learn all about our exciting group exercise program for older men and women and how it can help you improve strength, flexibility and balance. At this information session, you will meet with our Certified Personal Trainer and Senior Fitness Specialist to demonstrate the types of exercises that will be performed, adaptations for every level, and a tour of our facilities including the gym, sauna and hydromassage chairs that are available to participants following each class. Participants will also have an InBody analysis completed at the start and end of the program, as well as access to our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Information on registering for the class will be reviewed as this session, including a physician consent. The program will run from July 9th-August 29th with classes every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30am-11:30am. The ReviteFitness® program cost is only $99.
