Enjoy 75 minutes of detoxifying postures that will help revitalise your body, relax your mind and reduce stress.
Daniel is an experienced yogi and he will guide you through various practices such as Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga every Wednesday at 6.30pm. The class is suitable for beginners and more advanced yoga enthusiasts. This practice will take place in a beautiful studio situated in De Pijp. Mats will be provided, but if you'd prefer to bring your own that's not a problem either.

Hatha: Hatha Yoga is defined as movement that develops strength, flexibility, bodily relaxation, and mental concentration. Hatha classes are designed for mixed-level participants and provide a balanced combination of sustained poses with attention to basic alignment and therapeutic principles.
Vinyasa: Vinyasa Flow yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind
Yin: A Yin yoga class usually consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to five minutes.
