Join us for a reflective event meeting at the Carleton St entrance to the Ottawa River Pathway where you can mindfully embark on an outdoor adventure! After brief introductions we'll walk down to the water to learn about and create a labyrinth in the sand. This event is perfect for outdoor, mindfulness, and art enthusiasts of all levels.
