Film Description: Carol (2015) is a holiday movie by Todd Haynes set in 1950s New York City, and is about a forbidden affair between an aspiring female photographer and an older woman going through a difficult divorce.Event Description: December 11th at 6:30pm at the Tallgrass Film Center. In celebration of Universal Human Rights Month, we are partnering with Wichita Pride to celebrate the basic rights entitled to ALL individuals, regardless of race, class, religion, disability status, sexual orientation, gender identity, nationality, and sex.
