A twist on the classic!
You thought finishing with Wall Balls was difficult!? How about STARTING with Wall Balls!!
This fast and furious version of HYROX starts at the end, and finishes at the beginning. We have also removed the running component to focus entirely on the functional exercises. The distances and repetitions for all 8 Zones are cut in half. Take on this callenge solo, or as a doubles team*!
Participants will complete the following:
Wall Balls - 50 reps
Sandbag Lunges - 50m
Farmer's Carry - 100m
Row - 500m
Burpee Broad Jumps - 40m
Sled Pull - 25m**
Sled Push - 25m**
Ski Erg - 500m
*Teams only need to purchase 1 ticket
**Sled Push and Pull are done together (push-pull-push-pull)
***Weights are equivalent to the HYROX Open divisions - mixed doubles use men's weights. Juniors will be modified Women's weights.
