Returning to work soon? Or maybe you have returned but are still adjusting? This week we will discuss common questions about how to care for yourself and your little one when returning to work, how to manage breastfeeding and how to talk to your child’s caregiver about your expectations and needs for your child! Come along and be supported as you care for your little ones :) You don't have to be breastfeeding to come along- ABA is here to support all parents! Partners, support people, babies, toddlers and older kids also welcome.
You're also able to ask questions and have a chat with our trained breastfeeding educators about any concerns or challenges.
Come when you can and leave when you need to- we know mornings with little ones don't always go to plan!
Bring your ID and sign in at the Ex-Services' Club desk, and the friendly staff will direct you upstairs to our meeting.
