Join us for a nourishing Sound Bath inspired by Imbolc, the sacred midpoint between winter and spring.
This seasonal threshold invites rest, reflection, and the gentle return of light—both within and around us.
Through immersive sound and vibration, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation while creating space for clarity, renewal, and quiet intention.
This is a time to soften, listen inward, and honor what is beginning to stir beneath the surface.
This 90-minute session will begin with a release meditation, followed by an immersive sound journey experience.
Sound vibrations offer deep healing by releasing stuck emotional energy as well as bringing balance to the chakras.
You are encouraged to bring a journal to make note of any visions or messages that come through during the experience.
Please dress comfortably and
arrive 10-15 minutes early in order to get settled.
