This deeply immersive sound bath is inspired by the teachings of Marianne Williamson, focusing on the profound power of love and self-acceptance. Focused on our third energy point, the heart center, this experience will use the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, planetary gongs, and other instruments to guide you toward rediscovering your inner authenticity. As the sound journey unfolds, you'll be gently led to reconnect with the pure essence of your soul, opening the door to a greater sense of self-love and compassion.
This sound bath invites you to embrace grace and acceptance, releasing any barriers that keep you from fully loving yourself. Whether you're seeking a deeper connection to your inner self or simply looking to bask in the transformative energy of love, this event will leave you feeling renewed, radiant, and at peace. Allow the vibrations to align your heart with the truth of who you are, creating space for a return to love in all its beautiful forms.

Behind the Lids does offer yoga mats, blankets, pillows, and bolsters for all our attendees, so you do not need to bring your own.
If you wish to enhance your meditation experience, it is recommended to bring an eye cover or eye pillow.
Please bring the following for the sound bath:
- Eye Covering (this helps to maximize the theta experience)
- Cushion to prop the legs up
- Water
- Wear comfortable and loose clothing
We will have a resident tarot reader offering tarot readings for this event as well. Feel free to arrive early to receive a reading or receive one after the sound bath concludes.
