Returning for 2024!
This will be our first sunset beach class for this year, and I cannot wait to see you all. This class will be held throughout the summer each Tuesday.

This is an all-levels and abilties yoga class.
Class continues to be donation based 💕
During class we settle in with a breathing exercise, move gently through positions and relax in savasana to the sounds of the waves and life along the bay. We never know what we may see or hear! Dolphins and military aircraft have made numerous appearances 👀
I suggest using a large towel or blanket for practice (saves you the hassle of getting sand on your yoga mat). Water, sunscreen and bug spray are also recommended (I always have extra sprays with me if you don’t have them).
Class is located on 9th Bay Street in Ocean View, Norfolk (There is street parking). Follow the small lot to the steps, and get an amazing view of the bay on your way up. Class is typically held towards the left once you come off the steps.
I try to go through the entire spring/summer and beginning of fall. I will cancel if it is excessively hot and unsafe as well as for rain.
