Now it’s time to release them. Through movement, touch, energy, and sound, tension dissolves, clutter fades, and stagnant energy clears—so you can stand lighter, breathe deeper, and return fully to you.
You will move through somatic Thai stretch therapy to soften the body, aroma reflex pressure points to clear meridians across the head and face, guided meditation with the grounding sounds of the drum to empty and quiet the mind and Reiki with sound chakra balancing to restore equilibrium to your energy and reset your nervous system.
A complete mind-and-body detox, gently bringing you home to yourself.
Three sessions are available:
11:30 am, 2:00 pm, and 4:30 pm
£40 per person to be paid in full at time of booking
