Return to Self – a healing space for survivors, centered in somatic practices, clinical integrity, and restorative connection

Return to Self is a free, trauma-informed support group created specifically for survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence.
We recognize that healing is not linear—and that long after abuse ends, survivors may continue to carry the weight of chronic stress, emotional dysregulation, and a fragmented sense of identity. Return to Self is a space to begin again. Grounded in clinical integrity, rooted in the body, and held by community, this group offers a gentle yet powerful path toward restoration.
This group will meet twice a month at Namasport Frisco from August through October 2025.
Each 60-minute, in-person session, will be led by a trauma-informed mental health clinician.
To support parents on their healing journey, children are welcome. A licensed counselor will be onsite to offer therapeutic, play-based care during each session.
We believe healing happens in relationship—with others, with our bodies, and with ourselves.
