This workshop is designed for individuals looking to use the foundation of their yoga practice to set powerful intentions that can be broken down into smaller manageable habits!We will begin with a 45 minute fully guided Yinyasa practice with breath work to anchor into the present moment so that we can create a vision of what it is we are seeking in the new year.
Afterword Stephanie Selvaggio, the creator of the Empowered Life Planner, will guide us through an intention setting activity and breakdown the path to change. She will work on helping us understand our underlying motivation and how to navigate the obstacles we face. We will cultivate a vision of what the life we are seeking looks like and make personal mantras to support those shifts.
