This immersive experience weaves together heart-opening cacao, intentional movement through Pilates, and Kundalini activation to support release of the old season and activation of what’s ready to bloom.

Meet your instructor
Lauren is the founder of Moon Body Spirit — a space where energy, embodiment, and spiritual awakening meet real-world healing. Known for her grounded yet mystical approach, she is a Reiki Master Teacher, Akashic Records Guide, Kundalini Activation Facilitator, Certified Hypnotist specializing in Past Life Regression, 200-hour Mystical Yoga Teacher, 50-hour Mat Pilates Instructor, and Integrative Health Coach. But beyond titles, Lauren’s work is about remembrance. She helps people reconnect to their intuition, reclaim their power, and rediscover the magic already within them. Through energy work, movement, breath, ritual, and spiritual guidance, she supports clients in returning to their truth — the light, strength, wisdom, and sacred self ready to rise.
