What's included
- All props & mat will be provided for you on the day, you may wish to wear layers for the afternoon Yin & Sounds therapy as the body can cool quickly during deep rest.
- Lunch will be provided on the day, this will be a warming seasonal plant based dish.

- Snacks & Refreshments will be available throughout the day so you can help yourself to herbal teas & energy snacks.
