A grounding, slow paced ‘yin & yang’ practice moving through out the whole body. A fusion of Qigong and yoga, working with the meridians of winter. Helping to free up our energetic channels and bring balance. COMPLETE WITH A FULL YOGA NIDRA.
💚1:45pm – 4:00pm – The Art of Stillness💚
A complete ‘yin & restorative’ practice for the soul. Allowing the body to rest and restore as we move gently, releasing the fascia of the body. Yin allows us to creat space in the body. FINISHING WITH A FULL SOUND BATH
