About this Event
This class blends gentle education, guided meditation, and immersive sound healing to support balance on a physical, emotional, and energetic level.
We’ll begin with a short introduction to the 7 chakras, sharing one trait of each energy center when balanced and unbalanced, so you can set personal intentions for the journey.
From there, you’ll be guided through:
A white light body scan
Breathwork and deep relaxation
A full sound bath using crystal singing bowls tuned to each chakra
Wind gong and chimes for energetic clearing and transition
Grounding instruments and gentle prompts to return fully to the body
The sound bath moves intentionally from root to crown and back down, helping you feel both expanded and grounded — not floaty or overstimulated.
No experience necessary
Wear comfortable and warm clothing
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow
Arrive early to get settled and cozy
This is a supportive, safe space to rest, release, and return to center.
