The most FUN way to beat the heat is a night ride! Join the lit-up crew as we explore iconic locations and undiscovered neighborhoods in Pasadena under the stars! End your evening with tater tots at Dog Haus (and the beverage of your choice)!
Saturday, July 27th: Night Ride in West Pasadena
The ride will be 9.2 miles with 422 feet of elevation gain, including a couple of steep bits (it’s fine to walk your bike for those parts) and a trip across the Colorado Street Bridge. If this sounds familiar, we'll be following the same route we used a year ago. It's back by popular demand! (Because ride leader Liz wanted to do it again and nobody said she couldn't.)
Please note you MUST sign a waiver when you arrive. Helmets are required by state law for anyone under 18. No training wheels permitted. Children riding on their own should remain with parents at all times, have experience riding with a group, and be able to average 12 mph. Younger children and/or pets are welcome so long as they are riding safely in a trailer, on a family cargo bike, etc.

- Bike: You are encouraged to bike to the start of the ride!
- Public Transit: Metro A / Gold Line to Memorial Park Station; Foothill Transit and Metro Buses and Pasadena Transit!

*Please ensure that your bike is in good working condition. Recommended items to bring: BIKE LIGHTS, water, a spare tube, tire levers, bike multi-tool and pump. Helmets are encouraged and required for riders under 18. A limited number of bike lights are available for loan.
