The Krampus are coming back to Sherwood Forest.The Whitby Krampus Run is returning this January and bringing these intriguing mythological creatures from medieval European folklore to life.
Can Robin Hood and The Sheriff work together and make sure the wassailing and blessing of the forest for the new year goes ahead?
Schedule:
12pm – Performance by the Lady Bay Revellers
12:30pm – The Sheriff and Robin Hood will lead the noisy parade to the Major Oak to face the Krampus
1pm – Oust the Krampus out and perform the Sherwood Wassailing Ceremony at the Major Oak
1.15pm –2.30pm – Performances and celebrations at the Major Oak
