Authentic 90s rave all night!
Regular 90s rave events starting Summer 2021 in the Midlands UK with a varied music policy, 91/92 breakbeats, 90s happy hardcore & jungle, drum & bass and a bit of techno and trance all under one roof. One room, One vibe, let’s return 2 the source.
Situated in the 160 capacity Suki10c, this event will return to the days of mixed music arenas at raves with everything under one roof as long as its 1990 to 1999!

DJ DRUID
(93/94 Fusion set)
One of the most loved DJs in hardcore, the amazing Davey Druid started his career on the south coast in the early 90s making his name at Fusion, Sterns, Tazzmania, Dance Paradise and more as well as radio stations Energy FM and Delta Force FM.
Known for his bouncy style and precision mixing, along with his partnership with the much loved MC Sharkey, Druid would go on to play at Hardcore Heaven, United Dance, Club Kinetic, Slammin Vinyl, Helter Skelter, Diehard and hundreds more, becoming a household name in the rave scene. Whether it was playing hard edged bouncy techno in the Technodrome, happy hardcore in the main arena or pioneering trancecore along with Sharkey, Druid has done it all and to this day remains one of the most talked about hardcore DJs of all time. We are absolutely buzzing to get Druid up to B'ham for a wicked 93/94 Fusion style set!
DJ FALLOUT
(92/93 Quest Fibre Optic set)
Fallout's interest in mixing music began in the mid 80s when her love for Depeche Mode led her to discover bootlegs where a montage of Mode would be mixed together. Young and naive, she endeavoured to find a way to discover how this was done, leading her to the doors of dance music and collecting Chicago House mix tapes.
At the age of 16, she ventured into the world of rave and witnessed the likes of Carl Cox, Doc Scott and Grooverider playing at Amnesia House. Around the same time, her brother began putting on parties called Fibre Optic and she bought some Technics 1210s. It was on these that she learnt how to mix, inspired and encouraged by close friends Micky Wilson, Ratty and Tango. She was soon asked to play at Fibre Optic, which allowed other DJs and promoters, such as DJ SS and Mickey Lynas from Amnesia House to discover her talents, ultimately helping propel her hobby to another level and sharing her mixing skills and musical tastes all over England as well as abroad at events including Dreamscape, Diehard, Club Kinetic, Dance Trance, Obsession and many more.
Creating one of the biggest tracks of 1993 with Tango 'Intrigue', Fallout would go on to play at most major parties during 1993/1994 with her mixed sets, combining early techno with piano rave, bouncy techno and darkside jungle.

Vinyltrixta
(97-99 Happy Hardcore set)
Vinyltrixta's career started off around 1994, owning Remix Records in Camden with Jimmy J. He played at Helter Skelter in 1998 and would later go on to be head of A&R and resident for Slammin Vinyl, booking lineups and playing for them regularly at the Sanctuary, Bagleys and more. If you shopped at the Slammin shop in Kingston you may have met him too!
He played very regularly at Dreamscape, Slammin, United Dance and hundreds more before leaving the hardcore world, going into the army and later becoming a bodyguard for the world's biggest celebrities.
Trixta hasn't played a hardcore set for around 18 years so this will be a very special 97 to 99 happy hardcore set from an absolute hardcore legend!
Paul O
(Uprising Ruffneck Mixin Chicken)
Paul O has been a cornerstone of the rave scene for 25 years, starting Uprising on a Thursday night back in 1995 and building it into the one of the most successful brands in hardcore music with a cult-like following in Yorkshire and beyond. Paul would go on to play at all major events in the north including Pleasuredome, Vibealite, Dizstruxshon and many more. A good friend, an awesome promoter and most of all a brilliant DJ.
We are very proud to bring Paul O down to the midlands for a VERY rare Birmingham appearance, playing his favourite 90s bouncy techno / gabber all on vinyl. It’ll be hard, it’ll be bouncy and it’ll be relentless!
DJ Delite
(94/95 Diehard Happy Hardcore set)
Delite first started playing with vinyl in 1990 but was more interested in raving than DJ'ing around 1994 when introduced to happy hardcore. At the time he was a regular at The Dielectric club in Leicester every Friday night at Diehard, and in 1994 he was made resident at the club, playing up and downstairs of the legendary venue.
After a break of ten years to have a family, Delite started playing out at events again in 2005. Playing at events such as Raindance, Stormissential, Raverbaby, Slammin Vinyl up and down the UK he became a ‘go-to’ happy hardcore DJ for Ravers Reunited events.
Delite has also turned his hand to promoting, founding HAS and the oldskool night Be Happy.
We are excited to bring good friend Delite (or Culley as most know him!) to our first event to drop a 94/95 happy set and we know with his 4 decades of knowledge he will be able to drop anything from 91 rave to 99 happy hardcore and everything in between as one of our new residents.
Cruze
(91/92 Rave set)
Birmingham's own DJ Cruze has been playing out for over 25 years and has racked up multiple USA gigs as well as appearances for every major hardcore rave organisation in the UK including Helter Skelter. Slammin Vinyl, HTID, Hardcore Heaven, Vibealite and hundreds more.

James is an avid fan of 90s old skool and happy hardcore and he is a truly versatile DJ who can warm a room up or play peak time so it was an easy decision to get him onboard in his hometown. With a huge record collection, awesome mixing ability and the knowledge of what tune to drop and when, we are happy to get a friend of 25 years on the decks at Return 2 Source for a wicked 91/92 rave set!
Thumpa
(94 to 96 jungle set)
Because he's cheap and we never have to pay him a DJ wage, Thumpa has agreed to drop a big, bad and heavy 94 to 96 jungle set on vinyl!
Expect loads of DJ SS, Tango & Ratty, Krome & Time, Ray Keith, Dred Bass, Congo Natty, Roni Size and more on wax as we go forth into the jungle from 94 pianos and breaks all the way through ragga jungle and into 96 jump up and darkness! This set will be EASY on the anthems and HEAVY on the forgotten gems trust us...
