11:00am – 11:30am Putting in Place the Strategies for Your Success

Lack of finance is consistently cited as the greatest barrier to retrofit at scale – and it is this challenge that RS2 has been designed to address. In this opening roundtable, our host, Jenny Danson, will welcome new members, introduce the key themes we will be exploring in 2026, and set out how RS2 can best support your goals in making every social home healthy, sustainable, and affordable.

Speakers: Jenny Danson, CEO, Healthy Homes Hub

11:30am – 1:00pm Navigating the Full Spectrum of Retrofit Finance Options

What financing options are available for large-scale retrofit projects? And what do they mean for you and your residents? This session combines a presentation, panel, and roundtable discussion to provide a holistic view of today’s finance landscape. Our speakers will explore models ranging from green bonds and off-balance-sheet project finance to traditional loans, using worked examples to highlight the pros, cons, and trade-offs of each.

1:00pm – 2:00pm Lunch and Tour of PfP’s Thrive Academy

Attendees will have the opportunity to join a tour of PfP’s Thrive Academy and see how they are tackling the retrofit skills shortage.

2:00pm – 2:45pm Retrofits that Enhance Asset Teams’ Budgets and Bandwidth

Planned maintenance cycles present an untapped opportunity for landlords to lay the foundations for retrofit at scale. In this panel discussion, we will hear from members on how they are getting retrofit-ready – from degassing homes during kitchen refurbishments to engaging residents on their energy bills. Speakers will share practical insights to help asset teams unlock efficiencies and deliver lasting financial and social value.

2:45pm – 3:00pm Break

3:00pm – 3:45pm 101: Procuring Innovative Solutions

Procuring innovative solutions is often where ambitious projects come unstuck. Yet, with early collaboration, landlords can navigate internal and external compliance regimes to deliver efficient, successful projects at scale. This session will explore how you can access outcome-led solutions that work for you and your residents.

Speaker: Emily Braham, Strategy and Operations Director, Energiesprong UK
