, Principal Consultant, Turner & Townsend, event facilitator. Sarah leads on the communications, learning and development elements of the Technical Assistant Facility for both Social Housing Retrofit Accelerator and Home Upgrade Hub, with a focus on upskilling and sharing best practice within registered providers and local authorities to enable them to apply for high quality deliverable retrofit programmes.
, Head of Environmental Sustainability at the CIOB. Amanda’s role is to lead the planning, engagement, and implementation of CIOB’s global activities under its sustainability theme, delivering benefits for CIOB, its members, key stakeholders and wider industry. Amanda will give a brief overview of her work to date and future plans for the CIOB.
, MA, DipBldgCons, CEnv, FCIOB, FRICS, IHBC. John will give an overview of the importance of retrofit, causes of problems along with potential solutions and the competencies required to make buildings sustainable.
