We're celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Jaws, the original summer blockbuster that changed cinema forever!

Start the evening with Happy Hour at at 5:00 PM, where you can sip, snack, and socialize before the thrills begin. 🍸🍤

Then, head over to the at 7:00 PM for a special screening of Steven Spielberg’s suspense-filled classic. Get ready to relive the terror, the tension, and that unforgettable score on the big screen—because 50 years later, it still bites. 🎬🌊

You must purchase your own ticket to attend the film screening. Tickets can be purchased or at the box office!

ABOUT "JAWS"

When a seaside community in New England is terrorized by a man-eating great white shark, it's up to the local police chief, Martin Brody (Roy Scheider), a young marine biologist, Matt Hooper (Richard Dreyfuss), and a grizzled shark hunter, Quint (Robert Shaw), to put an end to the reign of terror. The town's mayor initially prioritizes the local tourism economy over safety, but as the attacks continue, the trio embarks on a desperate quest to hunt down and K*ll the formidable beast in an epic battle of man vs. nature.

Info: We will meet for Happy Hour at the restaurant South Bay. There will be happy hour food and drinks available for attendees to purchase. We encourage mingling and meeting new people! Then at 6:45pm we will walk three minutes down the street to the SHU Community Theater for the film screening.

Info: The movie starts at 7:00pm but we will want to get there by 6:45pm to make sure we can all sit together! The movie is Rated PG and you will need to purchase your own ticket to attend. Tickets are available here for $12 for adults and $10 for Students and Seniors!
