- Retro Fitness Forest Hills, a local leader in high-value low-price (HVLP) fitness, is inviting central Queens residents and the local workforce to enjoy an evening in Forest Hills full of movement, laughs, and lighthearted competition.
The three-hour open house event on Monday, August 18, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., celebrates National Wellness Month with a “Pickleball & Pizza” social. All are welcome to join the high-energy fun and fitness at the club, which is situated at the intersection of Union Turnpike and Woodhaven Boulevard (89-89 Union Turnpike, Glendale, NY).
“National Wellness Month is the perfect opportunity to celebrate our 24/7 approach to exercise, health, and fitness. During the event, guests can enjoy free indoor pickleball games and enter to win raffle prizes such as a two-month membership, personal training consultations and group fitness passes. And, if that isn’t enough, to top it off, nearby local favorite, Pizza Classica, will be serving free slices.
