If you want to stay fit and flexible, have fun, a bit of a singalong, with and upbeat and friendly crowd, and you miss your old sounds from the past, then this is for you - no judgement, no dress requirement, just a friendly relaxed atmosphere to strut your stuff and let your feelings go with the music!!! Ā£8 on the door. Seating and refreshments are all included.
