As we stand at the threshold of a new year, this gentle yet powerful experience invites you to pause, reflect, and consciously set the tone for 2026.

We’ll begin with a ceremonial cacao ritual, traditionally used to open the heart, deepen connection, and support creativity. As you sip warm, velvety cacao, you’ll be guided to soften, arrive, and connect inward — creating a heart-centred foundation for the work ahead.

From this grounded space, you’ll be guided through a Wheel of Life assessment, offering a clear and compassionate snapshot of where you are right now across key areas of your life — not to judge or fix, but simply to bring awareness and clarity.

We’ll then move into intention setting for 2026, followed by vision board creation, allowing your intentions to take visual form and anchor your desires for the year ahead.

The session will close with a deeply restorative sound bath, where soothing vibrations support nervous system regulation, energetic release, and integration — helping your intentions settle into both body and mind.

This is more than an event — it’s a ritual for your year ahead.
