In a fantastic environment, at the retreat centre Himladal, Seglora, nestled in nature right by a lake with forests and beautiful countryside surrounding us, we will create a safe space where you can meet yourself deeply.
Take the step and sign up for a weekend filled with self-exploration and group development and an invitation to explore your inner balance, what is true for you, and to be in fellowship from there, without masks, roles, and performance.
We will offer various methods to take you there:
✨Different breathwork exercises combined with dearmouring.
✨Dearmouring - a holistic way to help the body release tension and become more free from limiting beliefs about yourself
✨Active meditations, both indoors and in the beautiful nature
✨Embodied sharing. Letting the words come from the heart and body rather than from the head
✨Embodied relating, relating with deep contact with the body in the moment
In various ways, we open up for you to go deeper into yourself and express what you experience from there.
Many people are familiar with different forms of breathwork, Wim Hof or rebirthing. We will combine this powerful method with dearmouring, which is another deep method that involves using pressure and touch to help the body release tension.
This can mean pressing trigger points on the body but also challenging strategies you have to avoid feeling your inner wounds. The methods are interesting in that they can be used to explore both the physical and emotional and spiritual.
After these different exercises that support landing deeply in ourselves, we also invite you to the possibility of meeting others and sharing vulnerably if you want to. What we call embodied sharing and embodied relating.
We will mostly do exercises individually but also exercises where we are two and two, and there will be opportunities to meet others in breathing and energy, but you can also do these exercises entirely on your own.
The main purpose is to be in deep contact with yourself and relate from that.
Many of us can experience increased presence, a greater closeness with ourselves and others when we attend workshops, festivals, or courses, which leads to feeling more alive and more in balance. When we then return to everyday life, we often lose that contact again, and we long for that feeling back. This is because much of everyday life is about being in the head, in doing, in stress, and not so much about being present in the body.
We want to inspire different ways to stay in contact with ourselves on a deeper level, even in our everyday life. It's about consciously making choices that bring me into greater presence, such as the contexts I'm in and the people I choose to socialize with, or simply the thoughts I think about myself. We will share tools and exercises you can do to become more aware and bring yourself to presence in everyday life so that you can maintain it and feel more at peace with yourself.
The retreat is about going deep into yourself, in contact with body and soul, and relating authentically with others.
We will conduct several sessions with liberating breathing, dearmoring in various ways, breathing exercises with different partners (optional), embodied sharing, dance, meditations both indoors and outdoors, and the opportunity to swim. All to land deeply in yourself, relax, and interact from there. The retreat is fully clothed, but all energies are welcome.

Jarno Kinnunen
This guy has done his own unique journey, coming from a career as a roof layer into tantra, personal development and breathwork. He is energetic (almost electric) but safe at the same time. He is an intuitive fearless man who guides with ease, especially into the energy breath. He gives workshops in breathwork and tantra.
Peter Forsberg
He is now an experienced body worker and facilitator who has his own practice where he works with somatic coaching and trauma release work. Peter has been on the path of personal development for 15 years now and does workshops and retreats in breathwork, tantra and dearmouring. He has a soft and very stable presence that make you feel safe.
