This retreat honors November`s soft ligt and slower pace —a time to return to yourself, in tune with the season`s gentle invitation.
As November light lays its soft veil across the day, we are reminded of nature’s rhythm: a time to turn inward, to ground, and to gather strength in stillness.
This weekend we come together in a small, safe group (8 participants) in my home in Stavanger, Norway to give the body rest and the heart light.
Through exercises calming the nervoussystem, deep relaxation and practices of presence in nature, we create a space to release tension and return to balance.
Together we let November light mirror our own inner light and steady power that grows in darkness.
