Holistic Retreat day. 10am – 5pm. For the last hour there is tea, cakes etc & for the first 10 people booked you can pick a free therapy or reading.£65 including lunch & refreshments.

A fun packed day of activities designed to help fetch about a balance of mind, body & spirit in a relaxed atmosphere with like minded people.
Each day is totally unique & could include any of the following:
Shamanic journeying & the drum,
Tai chi & Qi Gong,
Vibrational healing & sound bath,
Group meditations (In its various forms),
Yoga sessions,
Working with the power of positive thought,
Belly dancing,
Crafting,
Working with henna,
Spell work,
Creating your own incense AND MORE.
PLEASE NOTE: A light lunch with dessert is included in the price. We are unable to cater for specific dietary requirements. Tea & coffee are provided, but you may wish to fetch bottled water to have with you throughout the day.
ADVISORY: A lot of activities, such as sound bath and yoga require you to be laying on the floor so it is advisable to fetch a yoga mat, blanket & possibly a pillow for your own comfort.
These days are limited in numbers for your comfort so to secure your place you may pay a non-refundable deposit of £30 . Pay the rest on the day. Message or ring us on 07502161279 (Mandy) for more info if needed.
The day starts at 10am so it is advisable to arrive by 9.45am.
For these events to take place there needs to be a minimum amount of people. If the minimum amount of people is not reached then the organizers reserve the right to cancel the event. All monies paid will be refunded.

We may use the photography/video in publications or other media material produced including, but not limited to brochures, invitations, websites, including facebook.
