A Day to Recharge, Heal, and Reconnect with Yourself and get more clear on your vision, values, and season ahead

For women in the midst of juggling and finding balance in business, family, and personal life, this retreat is for women who want to start their year with a day of deep rest, healing, and reconnection.

At the retreat day, we’ve designed a transformative experience that blends healing practices, reflection, and nurturing connection—all tailored specifically for ambitious, heart-centered women who need to recharge and renew their spirit and bring clarity for next right action.

• Healing Practices: Guided journaling and breathwork to help you become more embodied and aware of yourself and your roles/relationships. Check into your season, pace, capacity, and desires for 2025 with intention and permission- centering your wellbeing and what that might look like in the year ahead
• Nurturing Support: Energizing and life giving group discussions and shared experiences with intentional and devoted women. Be in a room of inspiring women who celebrate our wins and hold our hard humanity with health.
• Somatic Strategy: Practical tools for establishing boundaries, cultivating balance, and prioritizing your well-being in everyday life in high and low seasons
• Restorative Movement: We will end our day with a somatic centering meditation and boundaries setting exercise and then stretch and shake after the day

What to wear: Dress comfortably in what makes you feel good! If that's athletic wear or a more dressed up outfit- we love it. We will have comfy seating options and want the women who come to feel comforable in their bodies. Come as yourself.
