Join us on Wednesday, July 10, at 6:00 p.m. in the Grand Lobby as we welcome Vickie Kloeris, a space chef, food scientist, speaker, and author. Kloeris will give a presentation on her career at NASA and discuss her book, Space Bites: Reflections of a NASA Food Scientist. She will have a book signing immediately after her presentation.
She recently retired from NASA, where she worked in space food systems for 34 years. For 29 of those years, she served as the NASA manager of the Shuttle and then the International Space Station food systems.
