Your Hosts:
, from Lissycasey is an experienced Positive Psychology Practitioner, Wellbeing Workshop Facilitator, and Career and Life coach. She is passionate about helping people find the clarity, direction, and goals they need to create thriving careers and lives. Emma holds a Master’s in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, a Master’s in Human Resource Management, and is an NLP practitioner and certified LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator.
Claudia Geratz is a Positive Psychologist and Career Coach working at the intersection of meaningful careers, climate change and emotional resilience. She uses a unique blend of positive and climate psychological approaches, creativity and works with metaphors to tap into the wisdom of the natural world. Claudia supports professionals through career transitions and creates tailored team and leadership development programs for impact and social justice organisations.
