About this Event
How do you think about strategy when there’s so much uncertainty? How should your organisation consider the future and adopt a more agile and dynamic approach to strategy? What should it consider to help strengthen its strategy capabilities to meet the challenges – and seize the opportunities – that the future might bring?
In this participative workshop Professor Jeff Gold and David Booth will explore how organisations can adopt a more dynamic approach to strategy and consider more uncertain futures, and how they can strengthen their own strategy capabilities and become more confident about being able to deal with the future.
