Rethink Rebuild: Keine Grenzen will combine a valuable workshop on zine making and a discussion on how small print forms influence grassroots and independent action.
Rethink / Rebuild project was born out of a dialogue with the Foundation for Polish-German Cooperation - so we move from Poznan to Berlin, where the third event in the series will take place. This is an opportunity to spend time in a creative, engaging and sensitizing way on issues of social tolerance, inclusiveness and democratization of culture in every dimension. This time, we will focus on exploring the themes of publishing and publishing in collaboration with a Polish partner and a German partner.

The event will be initiated by the Keine Grenzen workshop prepared by the independent Poznan collective ZINEK in the space of the new visions collective. Participants will have the opportunity to see how to create a small publishing form, an onepage zine, which will refer to redefining issues of belonging and socio-cultural identity. Through collective collective action, conversations, exchange of views, insights and experiences, participants will individually create their small publishing forms dedicated to their personal reflections. The ZINEK collective will also invite you to an open screen-printing booth, where you will be able to make a print for a T-shirt, sweatshirt, card or other material of your choice.

The workshop will be followed by an open panel discussion with representatives of both collectives - new visions and ZINKA, led by Nat Skoczylas. The discussion will be dedicated to the question: how do independent publishing forms influence activism and its manifestations? We will focus on independent publishing, curation and editorial promoting grassroots and independent activities.
