Retail & Therapy

We hear the saying “retail therapy” with women all the time! It’s our “getaway” if we’re stressed or just need to get out! Women hold a lot of stuff in and we deal with a lot that we may be afraid to talk about. Women are depressed and may not even know it. So my sister and I came up with this event to knock out two birds with one stone. It’s called Retail & Therapy. The “Retail” side will have a pop up shop featuring clothing brand LABELED. We will mingle, shop, and get to know each other. If you have a business, please bring cards and talk with the other women about your business! We encourage it!! We will have food and treats provided by local small businesses to get themselves and their business out there!

The other half of our event is “Therapy”. This is an intimate discussion and the time where we all just talk ladies. A safe place to let it out, to speak about what’s been bothering you, and to ask questions. Our guest speaker, pastor, and therapist, Anthony Harris, will be touching on depression. Giving us tips on how do we even know we are depressed? He will also give us tools and resources around depression. Mental health is everything and we want women to come together on this!
